Before shipping your items, please inspect each product carefully. Products that are opened, expired, damaged, or altered do not meet our purchasing requirements and are not eligible for payment. To maintain our quality standards, products that do not meet these requirements will not be returned once they have been received and inspected.

Products We Cannot Accept

We cannot purchase products that have opened or unsealed boxes, torn packaging, holes, punctures, scratches, scuffs, dents, crushed or bent boxes, creased packaging, discoloration, fading, water damage, stains, ink marks, handwriting, stickers, or labels placed directly on the product packaging. We also cannot accept products with altered, tampered, or resealed packaging, products that have expired, or items that are incomplete or missing original contents.

Eligible Products

However, every product must be factory sealed, unopened, unexpired, and in excellent condition to qualify for payment.

Shipping Instructions

To help ensure your products arrive safely and qualify for purchase, please leave all prescription labels attached to the products before shipping. Once your shipment is received, our team securely removes and destroys all prescription labels and personal information as part of our privacy and security procedures.

Please package your products carefully using a sturdy cardboard shipping box. Secure the items so they cannot move during transit, and use appropriate packing material if necessary. We recommend avoiding padded envelopes or bubble mailers because they can easily crush or damage product packaging during shipping.

Important Notice

We only purchase factory-sealed and unopened diabetic supplies. Expired products and items with damaged, altered, or tampered packaging cannot be accepted. Every shipment is carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets our purchasing standards. Products that do not meet these standards are not eligible for payment and will not be returned. Return shipping costs are not covered for products that fail to meet our acceptance requirements.
