We do not accept damaged boxes, and we do not return them once received. Please carefully inspect all products before shipping them to us.
What do we consider unacceptable?
We do not accept products with any of the following types of damage:
- Open or unsealed boxes
- Tears or holes
- Scrapes or dents
- Crushing or bending
- Creasing
- Discoloration
- Ink marks or writing
- Water damage or stains
- Expired products
Please review your items carefully before shipping. Any products that do not meet our quality standards will be considered unacceptable and will not be returned.
Examples of unacceptable products may include damaged packaging for items such as:
- Omnipod Pods
- Omnipod 5 Pods
- Dexcom G6 Sensors
- OneTouch products
- Other diabetic testing supplies with damaged packaging
How can you avoid damage?
It’s simple:
- Do not remove prescription labels
We securely remove and shred all prescription labels and personal information ourselves. - Pack your products carefully
Use a sturdy cardboard box for shipping. Do not use bubble mailers or envelopes, as they can easily damage the products during transit.
Important Notice
- We do not accept opened boxes.
- We do not buy expired products.
- Opened, expired, or heavily damaged items will be disposed of and will not be returned.
- We do not pay return shipping costs for unacceptable items.
Please make sure all items are sealed, undamaged, and properly packed before sending them to us.
