At Diabetic Supply Cash, we purchase eligible diabetic supplies from individuals. Since we are a buying service and do not sell products through our website, traditional customer refunds do not apply. However, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and hassle-free experience.

Order Cancellation

If you decide not to sell your diabetic supplies after requesting a quote, you may cancel the process at any time before your products are received and inspected.

Product Inspection

All diabetic supplies are carefully inspected upon arrival to verify that they meet our purchasing requirements. Products must generally be:

• Factory sealed and unopened
• Unexpired
• Undamaged and in good condition
• Eligible according to our buying guidelines

Products that do not meet our acceptance criteria may not qualify for payment.

Non-Eligible Products

If your shipment contains products that are expired, opened, damaged, altered, or otherwise ineligible, we reserve the right to reject those items.

If eligible, rejected products may be returned to you upon request. Return shipping charges may apply unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

Once your products have been received, inspected, and approved, payment will be issued using the agreed payment method. Payments cannot be reversed after they have been successfully processed.
